Mission
The Navigators Swim Club provides swimmers with the technical skills, training, and support needed to reach their highest levels of competitive swimming, while promoting positive values and encouraging a healthy sport–life balance.
Vision
To offer an excellent, developmentally sound, and rewarding competitive swimming experience for all members.
Program Structure – Explore & Age Group Divisions:
- Explore Division: Foundational development, skill-building, and early competitive experience.
- Age Group Division: Progressive training, advanced technique, and preparation for higher-level competition.
