Navigators Earn First-Ever Away Meet Victory at NGSL Splash Meet
The Navigators Swim Club achieved a milestone on Saturday, June 6, earning a team victory at the NGSL Splash Meet North in the program's first-ever away meet.
Competing against several established North Georgia teams, Navigators swimmers demonstrated the hard work, determination, and team-first attitude that have become the foundation of the program. From first-time competitors to experienced swimmers, athletes throughout the lineup contributed to the team's success.
The Navigators were especially impressive in relay competition, capturing victories in five relay events and showcasing the depth of talent across multiple age groups. Relay wins came in the Girls 12 & Under, Boys 12 & Under, Boys 14 & Under, Girls 18 & Under, and Boys 18 & Under Medley Relays.

Athletes supported one another, encouraged competitors, demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, and took pride in being part of a program that serves families throughout Jackson County and neighboring communities. The team also did an outstanding job respecting the host facility and leaving the team area clean at the conclusion of the meet.
As a young program entering its first season, earning a victory in the club’s first away meet is an exciting accomplishment. More importantly, the meet reflected the culture the Navigators are working to build—one centered on teamwork, positive values, personal growth, and helping swimmers reach their full potential both in and out of the pool.
Congratulations to all of our swimmers, coaches, and families on an outstanding meet.
Go Navs!
