Event Limits: Swimmers may swim three (3) individual events and two (2) relays. Teams may enter no more than three (3) swimmers per event and three (3) relays per event.

In the Notes Box, please list your top four (4) individual events you would like to swim in order of preference. Also indicate if you are willing to swim on relays.

Fees: $7.00 for individual events and $15.00 per relay. In addition, there is a $3 surcharge for each swimmer.

Admissions: Facility will be charging a gate fee for this event. Children (5 and under) - Free Children (6 to 17)- $4.00 Adults (18 to 60)- $8.00 Seniors (61 and Up) - Free

Age groups: The following age divisions will be used for this swim meet: 6-8, 10 & Under, 12 & Under, 14 & Under and 18 & Under

Rules: Certified meet officials will use the current USA Swimming, Inc. rule book that will govern the conduct of this meet unless otherwise stated within current GRPA Athletic Manual, which are as follows: 

• The age control date is May 31; therefore, a swimmer must compete in the age division they are in as of June 1st. 

• All swimmers must be at least 6 years of age by June 1st and cannot turn 19 prior to June 1st. 

• The first false start in a race shall be charged to the field (all of the swimmers in the race) and will be called back to the blocks for a restart. 

• Any swimmer(s) false starting after the restart shall be disqualified and will be notified after the race is completed.

Uniform Requirements: USA Swimming Tech Suit Rules will be in effect for the GRPA District 7 Meet.
Tech Suit Restrictions for 12-and-Under Swimmers (Note: WOVEN FABRIC-A suit with woven fabric and sewn seams that does not extend below the hips is permitted.) (Note: KNIT FABRIC-A suit with knit fabric and sewn seams not extending below the knees is permitted.) This rule is in effect for all USA Swimming competitions in the United States, so any manufacturer or vendor selling a suit in the United States is subject to the above rule. No Technical Suits may be worn by any 12-Under USA Swimming athlete member in competition at any Sanctioned, Approved or Observed meet. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, behind the blocks (Including warm-up, warm-down, and Competition), rest rooms or locker rooms.

Entries: This meet is for experienced swimmers. All swimmers will compete in all four competitive strokes and the IM (Individual Medley).
